VisitEngland has announced the winners of the annual Awards for Excellence, celebrating the best of the country’s tourism industry, with the South West again outperforming all other regions with 17 national winners. The announcements marked the end of the cycle which started in 2021 when businesses entered their local tourism awards in Dorset, Bristol, Bath and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. ...

Winners of the 2021/22 Devon Tourism Awards enjoyed an extra celebration at Quince Honey Farm on 11 May with two special prizes announced. The event was a welcome opportunity for tourism winners, leaders and sponsors to meet face-to-face and receive their Dartington Crystal trophies, whilst enjoying bee and honey experiences, food, drink and conversation....
