Nicola’s Chocolate is an Exeter based bean-to-bar chocolate maker crafting elegant, ethical chocolate from scratch. We source fine cacao from small farms around the world and transform it into thoughtful bars and seasonal creations, using locally sourced inclusions. At Nicola’s, we believe in slow processes, bold flavours, and every small batch is crafted with love and meticulous attention.
