We’re proud to host awards celebrations and want to ensure that everyone – guests, team members, volunteers, sponsors, partners and suppliers – can enjoy the event in a safe, inclusive and respectful environment and ask all attendees to follow this Code of Conduct.
By taking part in this event, you agree to help uphold the positive spirit of the occasion and treat everyone with courtesy and consideration.
Be a Star – What We Love to See
- Being thoughtful with your words, actions and body language
- Respecting people’s personal space and boundaries
- Enjoying your success in great company with the best in tourism and hospitality
- Listening to and following any reasonable instructions from event staff
- Speaking up (or reporting privately) if something doesn’t feel right
We want this to be a celebration where everyone feels valued, safe and has fun.
Not on Our Guest List – What is Never OK
To protect the integrity of the event and the well-being of all involved, we will not tolerate:
- Bullying, intimidation, verbal abuse or aggression of any kind
- Sexual harassment, including but not limited to:
- Inappropriate or unwelcome comments, gestures or jokes
- Unwanted touching or suggestive behaviour
- Sharing explicit materials or images
- Discrimination or hate speech based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexuality, or any protected characteristic
- Drunken or disruptive conduct that affects others enjoyment or safety
Such behaviour has no place at this or any professional gathering and if we’re made aware of it, the person involved may be asked to leave.

If you witness or experience anything that makes you or others feel uncomfortable, please speak to a member of the event team or contact our Safeguarding Lead. Contact details are in our events guide app.
All reports will be handled in confidence and with care. We take all concerns seriously and will act appropriately and with discretion.
Consequences of Misconduct
Anyone found to be in breach of this Code may face one or more of the following actions:
- A verbal warning
- Removal from the event
- Exclusion from future events and awards entry
- Disciplinary action (if employed or contracted)
- Referral to authorities, where required
Our priority is to maintain a safe, respectful and celebratory environment for everyone.
